Contractor website design that makes the phone ring
For electricians, plumbers, contractors, cleaners and detailers across the New Orleans metro.
Contractor website design is not the same job as building a site for a shop or a restaurant. Nobody browses a plumber. They search once, with a problem, on a phone, usually standing next to the thing that is broken - and they call whoever makes calling easiest. Everything on this page is built around that thirty seconds.
We are a founder-led studio in New Orleans and we are deliberately narrow about who we build for. Two clients are live with real numbers off their Google profiles, and the same standard applies to whoever is next.
What websites for contractors actually have to do
A contractor website has one job: turn somebody who found you on a phone into somebody who is talking to you. Everything else - the design, the copy, the gallery - either serves that or gets in its way.
That sounds obvious, and almost every trade site in this city fails it anyway. The phone number is an image instead of a link, so tapping it does nothing. The quote form posts into a void nobody has checked since it was installed. The site takes nine seconds to load on mobile data, which is how your customers are actually looking at it. The Google Business Profile says one address and the website says another, so the map pack quietly stops trusting either.
None of that is a design problem. It is a plumbing problem, and it is the part we test before launch rather than after.
What trade website design includes
Every build gets all eight. They are not upsells - a site missing any one of them leaks work.
One tap to call you
The phone number is a real link on every page and every screen size, sitting where a thumb already is. If a customer has to pinch, zoom and copy a number by hand, you have lost the job to whoever was easier.
Can someone call you in one tap right now? →A quote form that reaches you
Short enough that a stranger will finish it - name and phone, not an interrogation - and tested end to end so you watch a submission land before the site goes live.
When did you last test yours? →Google Business Profile set up properly
The map pack is where local jobs are won, and it reads your profile against your website. We make the business name, phone number, hours and service area agree exactly, because a mismatch is a ranking problem you cannot see.
Not showing up on the map? →Service-area pages that name your towns
People search with a place in the query. A page that names Kenner, Metairie, Marrero or Chalmette out loud can answer that search - one that only says "the greater New Orleans area" cannot.
Which towns do you want to win? →Your actual work, photographed plainly
Before-and-after pairs from real jobs beat stock photography every time, because homeowners are checking whether you have done their exact problem before. Phone photos are fine. We will tell you what to shoot.
Got photos on your phone already? →Reviews on the page, not just on Google
Real Google reviews sitting next to the call button do the work of a salesperson. We put them on the page with the reviewer's name and star rating, word for word as they were written - TK Electric's site carries seven.
How many reviews do you have today? →Fast on a cheap phone
Not fast on our laptops - fast on a mid-range Android on mobile data in a driveway with two bars. That is the only speed test that reflects how your customers see the site.
Losing leads you never hear about? →A domain that stays yours
Registered in your name, not ours. If you ever want to walk away, you leave owning the domain and the content, and nothing is held hostage.
Who owns your domain today? →Why hire a service business website specialist
We only build one kind of site
Narrow beats broad. Because every client is a trade or home-service business, the decisions are already made and tested - what goes above the fold, how short the form has to be, where the call button sits on a small screen.
We publish numbers, not adjectives
We are young, so instead of claiming results we show the two profiles we have moved and let you check them. When there is nothing to show yet, we say that too, rather than filling the gap with something invented.
We are twenty minutes away
Based in New Orleans, working across Jefferson and Orleans parishes. We can meet you at a job site, and we already know which competitors you are up against on the search results page.
What changed for the last two
TK Electric, New Orleans - live since August 2026. Google reviews went from 4 to 14. Google Business Profile views went from roughly 50 across the entire prior year to roughly 150 in the first month live. Pulled straight from his profile - we are not rounding up.
"Beautiful!!!!!!" — TK Electric, on the campaign page we built for their whole-home electrical safety check
Magnolia Mist Pressure Washing, Marrero - live since September 2026. Their site is now the one attached to their Google Business Profile, so every customer Google sends them lands on a page we built. It is early, so there are no traffic numbers to show yet. When there are, they will go here the same way TK's did.
"Bro I love it and so grateful. I have always wanted to have a website in other ventures I was doing but didn't think it would be made possible to later down the road - thank you Henry." — Seth, owner, Magnolia Mist Pressure Washing

Questions contractors ask us
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, not ours, and you keep it along with your content whatever happens afterwards. Too many local businesses have learned the expensive way that a website held by somebody else is not really theirs.
Do I have to pay before I see the site?
No. We build the real thing first, with your services and your photos, and you look at it on your own phone before any money changes hands. You are taking a chance on a young studio, so we make that chance cheap.
Will a new website help me show up on Google Maps?
The map pack reads your Google Business Profile and checks it against your website, so the two have to agree. Every build includes setting up that profile properly and making sure your business name, phone number and service area match the site exactly. TK Electric went from four Google reviews to fourteen in their first month live.
Do you only build websites for electricians and plumbers?
No. We build for trades and home services generally - electricians, plumbers, general contractors, cleaners, mobile detailers, handymen and pressure washing crews. What they have in common is that the business lives or dies by the phone ringing, and that is what the site is designed around.
Do you work outside New Orleans?
Yes. We are based in New Orleans and work across the metro - Metairie, Kenner, Marrero, Gretna, Harvey, Westwego, Chalmette and Slidell - as well as further out in Louisiana. Being local means we can meet you at the job site and we already know the market you are competing in.
How do I know the quote form actually reaches me?
Because we test it end to end and show you the submission arriving before launch. A form that fails silently is worse than having no form at all, because you never find out about the jobs you lost.
Want to see what yours would look like?
Tell us what you do and which towns you cover. We will build the real thing and show it to you on your phone before you decide anything.
